As we end this school year I am still noticing that some students are struggling with when and how to regroup in addition and subtraction. I have been using these as morning work. I work with the struggling students at a slower pace, but now a lot of the mistakes they had been making are no longer a problem. I look forward to using these next year when teaching the skill as well as spiraling throughout the year.
