These spelling worksheets have been such a lifesaver for my PreK–1st grade students. They are simple enough for early learners to follow independently, but still engaging enough that the kids actually want to do them… which honestly feels fake sometimes in early elementary. ?
I love that the activities focus on foundational literacy skills without overwhelming students. The layout is clean, directions are easy to understand, and the worksheets work really well for morning work, centers, homework, small groups, or extra practice.
My students especially loved tracing, matching, coloring, and sounding out the words while still feeling successful. I also appreciated how easy they were to prep. Print and go is every tired teacher’s dream.
These would be perfect for preschool, kindergarten, intervention groups, homeschool, or first grade review. Definitely worth downloading and adding to your literacy rotation!

This resource is versatile for whole group, small group, and independent work time. I love open-ended resources that can be used many times, because it helps students develop routines for learning without having to learn new instructions each time.
