I LOVE that this is differentiated. I always feel like spiral reviews go straight over some of my students’ heads and this offers something for everyone. Thank you!!
Alyxshae B. –
I loved that this resource allowed my students to have daily practice with skills that they need to master. I will use this for years to come!
Melissa V. –
This has been perfect for my math intervention group! It hits on all the support skills and also alerts me to what areas they are struggling with. It has helped me find the holes foundational skills that I need to reinforce. Perfect warm-up as well.
Erin Leichter –
This spiral resource is AWESOME!!! I love that I can choose what level to use to meet my kids’ needs. I am really enjoying this great tool!!
Katie Hosch –
I really like this resource. It is a great way for my special education students to continue to practice different math skills. I like the different levels that are provided as well. I enlarge the worksheets to allow students enough space to complete their work.
Elementary Rainbows –
I really like being able to use these for the kids morning work. It is something quick and easy that can show a review of the math lessons that we have already learned.
Catherine S. –
I teach 2nd grade but I have 2 high math students. I purchased this for those 2 students to complete for morning work while the rest are completing the 2nd grade level one. I purchased this because the high level in the second grade spiral was not high enough for these 2 students. So they are completing the on third grade level. It works great!
Graders with Greatness –
LOVE that this came with the digital version especially during this time when students are out for being sick or we have to teach students who are completely virtual. My favorite part is that it comes with on level, below level, and advanced. Now my students can review the third grade material more on their level instead of the second grade spiral reviews which are a bit too easy.
Tamara Vail –
Super excited to use this as a daily warm up for my third grader at home. It is a huge help for review and introduction. It gives us a quick look at what is clicking for her and what she needs additional help with.
amanda L. –
I absolutely love this resource! It allows the students independent time to practice skills they have had in previous units.
Ingrid S. –
My students love this resource! They love the variety and that there are always questions that they can complete. They enjoy the challenges. It is very user friendly.
Christa M. –
Great resource for students to review skills learned through out the year. Love using it with my third graders to keep them sharp.
Rosie’s Little Treasures –
The spiral review is perfect for reviewing concepts and practicing key skills for 3rd grade.
I like to project and have students use a white board with marker so that it is not as much copy copy copy and worksheet after worksheet. Students are engaged, we do 1/2 to a full sheet each day and that supports students really mastering the skills. Starting with the lowest level.
CHRISTINE L –
I love this resource. My students use it everyday as bell work. It helps them to keep past skills taught fresh in their minds. It requires very little prep work.
ina M. –
Great resource as usual. We used spiral morning work for second grade and really worked with my daughter so I purchased the 3rd grade. Makes mornings warm ups easier and the transaction to actual assignments.
Caring Creative Creations –
I LOVE this resource! It has helped my students so much to continue to practice their skills as units end. They look forward to checking their answers on Friday and with the answer key, this is so easy for me to allow them to do. With the different levels, it is amazing to be able to differentiate without making students feel like they are doing a completely different task. I can’t recommend this enough!
Brooke K. –
These are PRICELESS! I love these and as soon as I knew I was moving up a grade level, bought them immediately. I cannot teach without these!!
Elizabeth D. –
GREAT resource! I have used it for homework, test prep, and early finishers. I love that it has an above, at and below leveled!
CortsClassroom –
This one was a hit with my kiddos! I will be using it again next year for sure. Very well laid out, user friendly, easy to prepare, and engaging. Thank you so much!
Marcy S. –
I have used the 2nd-grade version of this for years and it has been a game-changer for the spiral review! I was so excited to purchase the 3rd-grade version for this next year! I love the three different levels to serve all my students!
Math 2 Learn –
I absolutely love this resource. I bought it at the beginning of the fourth quarter preparing for state testing and it did a great job reminding students what we have gone over in the past. I can’t wait to use all bundles for this upcoming year for morning work.
Jaimie O. –
I used this resource as a warm up for our math. As I prepared for our math lesson, the students worked on this, and would meet with their group mates if they had any questions and check each others answers. I would then go around and star those who had finished and check answers. Loved the different levels for the students!
Just Teach All Day –
Love when I find great spiral math resources to help my students retain knowledge from concepts we have already covered.
Pam W. –
I loved using this as an addition to the 3rd grade curriculum. It has lots of ideas to use for students with learning disabilities.
Heather Madsen –
These spiral reviews are the best in the transition from lunch recess into my math block. It is a great routine and students can complete it within a few minutes. I also appreciate the levels so I can monitor student progress based on their skill set. Great resource!
Yee-Haw in Kindergarten –
I really liked this, I was able to make a great review before STAAR. This was great practice from taking it digitally and using paper to prove their answer. Amazing resource!
Charlene S. –
Great resource to use before we start math class every day. I love that it be a quick review for us before we begin our lesson
Wendy H. –
This was quick and easy to print–magic words every teacher wants to hear… I loved that we re-visited strategies to further students understanding and allow me time to go over strategies that some students were still working to master even though, as a class, we had moved past them in our daily math lessons.
Jessica M. –
Love the way these are short and sweet so don’t use a lot of paper, no prep required and make it so easy to review concepts all year.
Bailey H. –
Very organized and easy for kids to pick up on the weekly routine. Some skills are introduced a little early on making it necessary to include some mini-lessons when using depending on your curriculum pacing.
One Teaching IN Mama –
I used this almost all year with my 3rd graders. I love that it not only covered new material as we moved along, but also kept reviewing previous material. Having three different skill levels meant all my students were challenged appropriately and also had opportunities for success! Amazing resources! Definitely worth purchasing!
Brittany E. –
This is our third year using Lucky Little Learners’ spiral math as part of our homeschool curriculum. It’s such a useful resource for reviewing concepts throughout the year, while practicing whatever new math we are currently learning. I’ve definitely noticed a difference in how well my child understands the material as the year goes on. Also, love that it’s just a quick little warm up to start our math lesson, as opposed to more worksheet heavy practice, and that there are 3 options for each week depending on the student’s current capability that week. The schedule sheet is also very helpful in planning out our curriculum for the year, and staying on track. We love it!
Sandra D. –
Perfect to start my day with the students. It is a great way to see what they remember form the beginning of the school year.
Julia K. –
My students are loving these quick and easy warmups. I love that it gives us the opportunity to review and remember the strategies they have learned. Also if you can to something we haven’t learned I love we can explore ways to solve the new problem.
Lisa B. –
These are great for differentiation, skills practice, automaticity, and fluency. These are good for morning work, independent work, and small group work. Students enjoy them.
Teresa B. –
This resource by Lucky Little Learners was a great resource to use in my classroom. This morning math bundle provided lots of spiral review for my students.
Teaching to Thirdies –
I love the range/mixture of questions that are asked. I bought it towards the end of the year, but I printed off pages from quarter 1 folder and gave it as morning work/preparation review before state testing since they probably haven’t done some of those questions (like rounding) for a while. Still worked out great. Can’t wait to use it as morning work next year!
Cher H. –
I LOVE LOVE THIS RESOURCE. IT ALWAYS FOR MY DAUGHTER TO HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO ANSWER MATH QUESTION IN A FUN WAY. SHE IS REALLY ENAGAGED. I ALSO LIKE THAT THE ANSWERS ARE SIMILAR TO SAT QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS. VERY VERY THRILLED TO HAVE THIS RESOURCE.
THANK YOU FOR TAKING THE TIME TO CREATE THIS RESOURCE!
Lisa C. –
I use this with my students as a review and to see where I need to reteach and provide extra practice. I would recommend this.
Coffee Cats and Magic –
I loved this resource! I had my students leave it out during pack up time so it was always ready for them the next morning. It was so good at providing quick review of math concepts throughout the year. Also, I loved that there are three levels. I would definitely recommend this product.
Teaching from the Heartland –
These are perfect for keeping math skills sharp. Spiral review is not always my student’s favorite thing to do, but it is so important, and this made it pretty painless! 🙂
